The first step to booking your conference is to provide us with your event details on the form below. We will then respond and take you through the initial steps and provide you with a package tailor made to suit your needs.
Next, a site visit would be beneficial so we can show you around the facilities to ensure that what we offer will meet your requirements and that expectations are met on both sides.
Once the reservation is confirmed, we will provide you with a list of information that we equire around a 1-2 weeks prior to your stay.
On arrival, your assigned Host will welcome you and they will look after you for the duration of your stay and ensure that all runs smoothly.
