The first step to booking your event is to provide us with your details on the form below. Our bookings administrator will contact you and take you through the initial steps and provide you with a package tailor made to suit your needs.

Next it would be wonderful if you were able to come out for a site visit and we can show you around El Rancho's accommodation and facilities, to ensure that what we offer will meet your needs and expectations.

Once the reservation is confirmed we will provide you with a list of information that we would require around 1-2 weeks prior to your arrival.

On arrival you will meet with your assigned host who will look after you for the duration of your stay and ensure that all runs smoothly.


  I can't recommend El Rancho highly enough. I came for some rest and time away from the family. I had a great time saying hello to the horses and doing all the lovely walks that this place has to offer. I loved the staff and the friendly environment.
