Why a zipline?
For over 30 years the El Rancho Flying Fox was known far and wide.
It was an exhilarating activity that is now etched into the memories of thousands of Kiwis - young and old.
Ask anyone who’s been here and most will agree that the Flying Fox was the highlight of their stay.
Sadly In 2013, our Flying Fox came to an abrupt end, after the huge tree that supported the tower and line mechanism, had to be felled for safety reasons.
Since then, we have been planning it’s come back.
But this time it will be bigger and better!

The cutting edge design we have created, along with strict safety regulations, means the build comes with a hefty price tag!
