We know that especially for smaller schools, planning an event at a large campsite like ours can be a challenge.
We have created Rally at the Ranch specifically to meet this need and to give smaller groups the opportunity to experience an incredible camp.
As this event is hosted by us with lots of cool bonus features, there is also a lot more to get out of it and a lot less planning that you have to do!
Not only will the programme be packed full of fun, this camp will be hosted by the El Rancho team - who will welcome you onsite, run some fantastic games & orientation activities, look after you at meal times and provide a huge range of activities for you to take part in. Our activities are designed to cover a wide range of EOTC values and objectives, such as:

- Confidence development
- Whanaungatanga – relationships through shared experiences
- Physical health & wellbeing

As well as activities that you can experience with your group, you will have the opportunity to have some friendly school vs school competition, engage with other teachers & parents, and of course have some free time in the programme for you to do your own group development. We’re also planning some extra fun elements such as a dress up disco, talent quest, canteen, barista coffee for adults, prize giveaways and much more.
This camp has 2 price options – choose between bunk room accommodation or motel style units for your group. The registration price includes a significant discount compared to our standard prices, and covers 3 nights accommodation, a 9 meal package and a programme packed full of activities and memorable moments. Groups will also gain access to a complimentary meeting space for you to gather in your own time.
