3Our extensive range of activities provide great team building opportunities for kids and adults alike – just north of Wellington.
We have a professional team of instructors whose primary goal is to provide a fun interactive learning experience, with safety as their top priority.
Our camp activities are all Outdoors Mark certified which means they have been audited and meet the highest safety standards set by Work Safe NZ.

Off Peak Special Deal...50% off all Activities!!Think you can only have fun during the summer months at El Rancho? Then think again! Book your school, community or church group with us OFF PEAK in either May, June or August and we’ll give you 50% off the price of your choice of exciting onsite activities. We have heaters ready to keep you warm and just imagine how much fun you’ll have rugged up around our bonfire toasting marshmellows. Please note conditions include: new bookings only; minimum 2 night stay; minimum 40 people; camp must be fully catered. |

Activities that should be available without prior booking are Swimming Pool (in season), Waterslide, Mini Golf, Disc Golf, Discover El Rancho, Orienteering, Petanque, Tennis and Trampolines.
Horses A safe and fun introduction to horse trekking. Group bookings or casual treks for two people or more available. Led by El Rancho Instructors. |
Kayaking A fun introduction to kayaking on our purpose built pond. Led by El Rancho Instructors. |
Archery Archery is a great activity for all age groups. |
Archery Soft A team activity with soft ended arrows so you don't just shoot targets but each other too! |
