 El Rancho has proven to be a fantastic venue for our karate club to hold training camps. It’s great to find a facility where you don’t have to leave the grounds for the whole duration of the camp. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, kitchen and food great and the training area spacious. Our Karate training camps have been a huge success and we look forward to returning to El Rancho in the future.

 The food was AMAZING!!!! The Kitchen team were so easy to deal with and nothing was ever a hassle. We realise we as a group can be a chefs worst nightmare with all our specific requests. Every meal was delicious and nutritious.

  I just really wanted to say a huge thank you to the El Rancho team for providing such an incredible environment for our first unSPOKEN WORD Youth Forum. All of our youth and leaders absolutely loved the space and all of the El Rancho staff! 

The venue was so perfect for everything we needed and wanted to do and I've heard from multiple participants that, "there was a special wairua about the place that you could feel as soon as you drove through the gates".

 It's such a lovely place and even though we couldn't camp because of the horrible weather, we nevertheless had a great time staying in one of the villas. The kids just loved it! I found the hostess very helpful and made everything so easy for us. We will be back again for sure.

My family had a fantastic time. We stayed in Baker Lodge which we found well equipped and clean and spacious, the shower pressure was wonderful 😊our 13 year old had a blast enjoying the activities on site and meeting lots of kids, we barely saw him during the day.  We loved the peace and quiet of the camp, the birds. We liked the fact that it is alcohol free makes it more appealing for families. The instructors and staff are friendly and accommodating and a credit to El Rancho.
Thank you once again for letting us stay in your little slice of heaven.
